2. $500 Setup Fee

The setup fee covers the initial configuration, integration, and implementation work associated with the Client’s AMA Pro Systems setup.

Work will begin after payment and receipt of the information and account access reasonably required to complete the setup.

3. Ongoing Services

Some AMA Pro Systems services may require ongoing monthly service fees, software subscriptions, usage charges, or third-party platform fees.

Any recurring AMA service and its price will be disclosed and agreed upon before that recurring service is activated.

Third-party charges may be billed separately by the applicable provider.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate and current business information and, when necessary:

Business contact information

Logos, photos, and branding assets

Website and domain information

Google Business Profile information

Social media or other business account information

Necessary permissions or account access

Timely approvals of content, configurations, and requested changes

Delays in providing required information, access, or approvals may delay implementation.

5. Account Access and Authorization

Client authorizes AMA Pro Systems to access and configure the business accounts and systems voluntarily provided or authorized by Client solely as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

Client remains the owner of Client-owned business accounts, business information, and digital assets.

AMA will take reasonable measures to handle account information and credentials securely.

6. Third-Party Platforms

AMA Pro Systems may use or integrate services provided by companies such as Google, website and domain providers, CRM platforms, email or SMS providers, social networks, and other technology vendors.

AMA does not control these third-party platforms and is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, service interruptions, or other actions outside AMA’s reasonable control.

7. Marketing Results

AMA Pro Systems will provide the agreed services professionally and in good faith. However, marketing results depend on many factors outside AMA’s control.

AMA does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, sales, reviews, search rankings, revenue, or other business results.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may discontinue ongoing services according to the terms applicable to the Client’s selected service or subscription.

Amounts already earned for completed work and third-party charges already incurred remain payable.

Any applicable recurring billing, cancellation requirements, or minimum service commitment will be disclosed before the Client enrolls in that service.

9. Acceptance

By checking the box below, Client confirms that Client has read and understood this Service Agreement, agrees to its terms, and authorizes AMA Pro Systems to begin providing the purchased services after the required setup payment and onboarding information have been received.
